1 Sit in the sun, harness the rays.
2 Breathe yellow all through your body with
your mouth open.
3 Start wearing, breathing, eating and using
color in your life.
4 Stop wearing a watch and jewelry for two
weeks.
5 Clear out your house, your wardrobe and
your life of everything you no longer need.
6 Do nothing, be still and let your thoughts
come and go.
7 Let yourself be in the primal/fetal position.
Rub firmly backwards/ forwards, round and round on your
chest and stomach.
8 Write down random thoughts, doodle on
a piece of paper, splash paint on paper or a wall, nothing
needs to make sense, just let go and express.
9 Put your head under water, in the pool,
bath tub or shower. Then, open your mouth and breathe as
deeply as possible after surfacing.
10 Walk, eat fruit & vegetables, drink
plenty of water to calm and stabilize moods and balance
the nervous system.
