Grand Cayman - Swim with mammoth white sting rays, dive in a yellow submarine, visit a green turtle farm. Find your special place on talcum-soft sand at Seven Mile Beach or send a postcard home from a town called "Hell".

Jamaica - Climb the cool waters and rock pools of the famous Dunn's River Falls; stroll around tropical gardens filled with rare and exotic flowers; browse at a colorful streetmarket, listening to the reggae beat; or drift lazily down the Martha Brae on a bamboo raft.

Cozumel Mexico - Ride horseback to explore ancient Mayan ruins, cemeteries and religious caves; swim with the dolphins; catch the rhythms of mariachi music at a fiery fiesta. Visit Coba, the largest Mayan settlement in the region.

Holland America Line's MS Veendam entered service in 1996. She holds 1260 passengers, yet our group will feel like the ship is ours. We will dine together, enjoy private seminars together (open only to Heart Soul and Spirit Cruise group members), and make friends within the group to explore the wonderful islands we will visit. When you aren't on shore or in our seminars (which take place while the ship is 'at sea'), enjoy your luxurious floating hotel.
